Winston C. Fisher is the CEO of AREA15 and a Partner at Fisher Brothers, where he has led the firm's expansion into experiential entertainment, asset management, and hospitality across a portfolio of nearly nine million square feet in New York, Washington, D.C., Florida, and Las Vegas.

AREA15, the world's first purpose-built immersive entertainment district, sits minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and has welcomed over 17 million visitors since 2020 and continues to grow with the opening of a recent 20-acre Zone 2 expansion in Las Vegas. Winston also serves as Chairman of Lionheart Strategic Management, an asset management firm that has invested over $1 billion of capital across the United States.

His civic and public service runs deep. In 2023, he was nominated by Governor Hochul and confirmed by the New York Senate as a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He serves on the boards of the Partnership for New York City, the Real Estate Board of New York, the Regional Plan Association, and the Citizens Budget Commission, is a Life Trustee at Syracuse University, and supports the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund and the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum.

A firm believer in the value of giving people the opportunity to earn a good life, Winston founded The Middle Class Jobs Project in 2015 and, in 2020, co-authored his first book, The Opportunity Agenda. He began his career as an analyst at JP Morgan Chase and in private equity at Heller Financial, and holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Syracuse University.
