Deferring Your Membership: You may defer your 2027 Membership to 2028 up until December 1st, 2026. To be eligible for deferral, you must first pay in full any outstanding balance. Additionally, you may be required to pay any increase in Membership Fees for the deferred year, along with the applicable Admin Fee. Memberships may only be deferred once.

Transferring Your Membership: If you are unable to attend the Summit, you may transfer your Membership to another individual up until February 1st, 2027. The Abundance Team must approve the transfer of your Membership in advance. We reserve the right to decline transfers to individuals who would not otherwise qualify for Membership.

Admin Fee: All changes, deferrals, refunds, and transfers are subject to an Administrative Fee determined by Abundance360 at its sole discretion. 

Crypto Payments & Refunds: We accept payment in certain cryptocurrencies. However, any refunds for payments made in cryptocurrency will be issued in USD, based on the conversion rate determined by us at the time of processing the refund. We are not responsible for any market fluctuations or differences in value between the original payment and the refunded amount.

Bundle Payment Deals: First year of Membership of a Bundle must be paid in full. Thereafter, the Membership Fee is paid one year at a time.

Members have the option to skip a year of Membership and defer it to the end of their Bundle, ensuring they still receive all years of their Bundle. To do so, Members must notify our team by December 1st of the year prior to the Summit. 

Members are allowed to transfer their Membership once without losing their Bundle status up until February 1st of the year of the Summit. The Abundance Team must approve the transfer of your Membership in advance. We reserve the right to decline transfers to individuals who would not otherwise qualify for Membership.

You may cancel your Bundle Membership at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. Any benefits or access already paid for, including the current Membership and Summit, will remain available to you. Cancellation only applies to future years of a Bundle. 

If you choose to attend the Summit after canceling, you will be required to pay the difference between the Bundle Rate and the current standalone Membership Rate before being granted access. Additionally, if you choose to rejoin in a future year, you may not be eligible to purchase a Bundle and may be required to pay the full Membership Fee at the rate in effect at the time of rejoining.

Membership payments are due annually and will be automatically charged on February 15th for the following Membership year. This auto-charge will continue on February 15th each year unless canceled.

Should the autocharge not go through, a representative from Abundance360 will contact you to collect another form of payment. We accept only ACH, wire or credit card payments for Bundle payments. Payment must be made in full immediately upon receipt of notice. Failure to do so may result in the revocation of your Bundle Rate and the cancellation of your Bundle.

All 3-year Bundle Deals and Rates from previous years (prior to 2024) expired on March 24th, 2023.

Deposit Terms: 2027 Renewal

This offer is only available to 2026 Summit attendees.

Patron (Level 3) and Fellow (Level 2) Members with a 2026 Membership start date after November 1st, 2025 may submit a $10,000 nonrefundable deposit toward their 2027 renewal. The remaining balance must be paid in full by October 15th, 2026.

  • The deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances, including Membership cancellation, non-renewal, or changes in Membership status.
  • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of the deposit and loss of renewal eligibility.
  • Membership renewal is subject to availability and program criteria. Submission of a deposit does not guarantee renewal.

By submitting the deposit, Members agree to these Terms and acknowledge their financial commitment to the 2027 renewal.

Cancellation/Postponement by Abundance360: It is possible that Abundance360 may need to cancel or postpone the in-person Summit for reasons beyond its control. Memberships are not refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation or postponement; however, in a case such as this, Abundance360 will attempt to schedule a replacement or substitution event.

ABUNDANCE360 CODE OF CONDUCT

The Abundance Team enforces the Member Code of Conduct (click here to view) throughout the year-round program to maintain a healthy, safe, and productive Community for all Members. By participating in A360, you agree to uphold these standards. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including Membership suspension or termination.

OUR RIGHT TO TERMINATE MEMBERSHIP

Abundance360 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate an individual's Membership at any time upon providing notice via email. Any refunds, if applicable, shall be considered and issued solely at the discretion of Abundance360 on a case-by-case basis, with no guarantee of reimbursement.

COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

Participant is aware of the global COVID-19 pandemic and acknowledges that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people gather. Abundance360 reserves the right to require vaccination and/or COVID-19 testing protocols should the issue be warranted by current health conditions.

Abundance360 reserves the right to change any and all Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Members are responsible for being aware of any posted changes. Participation in Abundance360 constitutes approval of the Terms and Conditions.
