CANCELLATION POLICY

$500 Admin Fee: All changes, deferrals, refunds, and transfers are subject to a $500 admin fee.

From March 23 - August 31, 2024: We offer a money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with your Membership.

After August 31, 2024: 100% becomes fully non-refundable. You may defer or transfer based on the terms below.

Deferring Your Membership to the Next Year: You may defer your 2025 membership to 2026 up until December 1st, 2024. In doing so, you may be asked to pay any increase in membership fees for the 2026 membership in addition to the Admin Fee. Your membership is only eligible to be deferred once.

Transferring Your Membership to Another Individual: If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your membership to another individual up until February 1st, 2025. The Abundance360 Team must approve the transfer of your membership in advance. We reserve the right to decline transfers to individuals who would not otherwise qualify for membership.

Crypto Payments & Refunds: We do accept payment in certain cryptocurrencies. However, refunds on payments received in crypto will be paid back in USD.

Bundle Payment Deals: First year membership for the 6-year bundle must be paid in full. Thereafter, the Membership fee is paid one year at a time.

Members have the option to skip a year of membership and defer it to the end of their bundle, ensuring they still receive a full 6 years of membership. To take advantage of this option, members must notify our team by December 1st of the year prior to the Summit. Additionally, members are allowed to transfer their membership once without losing their 6-year bundle status.

You can cancel whenever you desire, but should you re-enter the membership, you will do so at an escalated price. We accept only ACH or credit card payments for Bundle payments.  The next Membership Payment is due and will be auto charged on March 1, 2025, for the 2026 membership, and thereafter on the March 1st anniversary through 2029.

Should the autocharge not go through, a representative from Abundance360 will contact you to collect another form of payment. The payment must be made in full within 1 week of initial receipt of notice, or your Bundle rate will be revoked.

All 3-year bundle deals & rates from previous years (prior to 2024) expired on 3/24/2023.

Deferred Member Balance from 2024: If you deferred your Membership in 2024 and have a balance for 2025, your balance is due April 1, 2024.

Cancellation/Postponement by Abundance360: It is possible Abundance360 may need to cancel or postpone the in-person Summit for reasons beyond its control. Memberships are not refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation or postponement; however, in a case such as this, Abundance360 will schedule a replacement or substitution event. 

ABUNDANCE360 CODE OF CONDUCT

Abundance360 Members understand that they are participating in the year-round Program in a spirit of open-mindedness, personal growth, mutual respect, and tolerance.

Abundance360 does not tolerate harassment in any form. Members agree to respect the confidentiality of the Program and all participants.

The Abundance360 Team will enforce this Code of Conduct throughout the year-round Program to ensure a healthy, safe, and productive experience for everyone. 

OUR RIGHT TO TERMINATE MEMBERSHIP

Abundance360 reserves the right to terminate an individual’s Membership at any time by notifying the individual concerned by email. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

Participant is aware of the global COVID-19 pandemic and acknowledges that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people gather. Abundance360 reserves the right to require vaccination and/or COVID-19 testing protocols should the issue be warranted by current health conditions.
