Mike Wandler is the President and CEO of L&H Industrial, the third-generation, family-owned company founded in Gillette, Wyoming, in 1964 with a singular purpose: to move industries forward by designing, manufacturing, and maintaining the biggest machines on Earth. What began as a single Wyoming operation has grown under his leadership into a global company of more than 500 people, serving as a world-class partner in engineering, manufacturing, monitoring, and field services for the world's toughest industries.

Beyond L&H, Mike is the CEO of Evercore Energy, where he is focused on advancing the future of power for heavy industry, including the deployment of microreactor technology to meet the evolving demands of industrial operations worldwide. He is also the founder of Wyoming's Innovative Entrepreneurs, an initiative to grow and diversify the state's economy by empowering entrepreneurs to think bigger and build for the long term.

A relentless lifelong learner, Mike completed Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management program and is a member of Strategic Coach's Free Zone. He is also a two-time author, writing at the intersection of personal transformation and industrial innovation, exploring both the future of energy and the role of mental fitness and self-awareness in effective leadership.

At the heart of everything Mike does is a belief that transformation starts at the core, and that success comes from living in flow and surrounding yourself with people equally committed to meaningful progress.
