We’re seeking a remote, full-time B2B Partnerships Manager to drive sponsorship sales, build our exhibitor pipeline, and support partner fulfillment across all Abundance360 products. Reporting to the Executive Director of Abundance Longevity & B2B Partnerships, this role is central to scaling our B2B revenue from $1.5M to $3M+ in 2026 and toward $5M+ in 2027


You’ll own outbound sales and pipeline development, collaborate with a lean remote team, and help build the systems, processes, and strategy that will define the next phase of our growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Drive Sponsorship Sales (Primary Focus): Your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by building and managing a robust sponsorship pipeline. You will research and qualify new leads, execute targeted outbound outreach campaigns, and draft compelling proposals that align with our partners' strategic objectives. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close, with a focus on securing high-value sponsorships in the $100,000–$500,000 range. You will also manage renewal conversations with existing sponsors, gathering insights to continuously improve our offerings and value proposition.
  • Support Partner Account Management & Fulfillment: You will serve as the primary point of contact for all cash sponsors, managing their experience from contract signing through post-event follow-up. This includes tracking and coordinating the delivery of all partnership benefits—visibility, signage, content integration, program integrations, and branded activations. You will ensure sponsors receive exceptional ROI and experience, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve our offerings and drive renewals. You will work closely with our Operations and Content teams to ensure seamless fulfillment, but you own the relationship and the sponsor's satisfaction.
  • Build and Refine B2B Systems: You will build and refine standard operating procedures for contracting, onboarding, invoicing, and fulfillment. You will improve automation and data flow across HubSpot, Airtable, and Google Drive, and you will document partner interactions and deliverables to ensure consistency and scalability. You will support the Head of Partnerships to identify and qualify opportunities across the full B2B ecosystem (exhibitors, in-kind partnerships, gifting and swag collaborations, affiliate relationships, and other creative partnership opportunities) to maximize value for Abundance360. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing, Operations, Content, and Tech teams to ensure seamless cross-functional support.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR


  • 3–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sponsorships, or event-based sales roles, with a preference for experience in high-end events, executive programs, or membership organizations.
  • You have consistently met or exceeded revenue targets or quotas, and you are comfortable being measured on your sales performance.
  • You are a strong writer and presenter, capable of crafting compelling proposals and building trust with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • You can manage multiple partners, deadlines, and deliverables with precision, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
  • You are comfortable in founder-led environments and can shift easily between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You are proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, and you thrive wearing many hats.
  • You are familiar with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Slack. Experience with CRM management and sales automation is a plus.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YEAR 1

  • Revenue: Secure $500k+ in new sponsorship revenue and maintain $300k+ in renewals.
  • Pipeline: Build and maintain a HubSpot pipeline of $2 million+ in qualified new sponsorship opportunities.
  • Partner Satisfaction: Achieve a Partner NPS of 80+ based on post-event surveys.
  • Process Development: Establish 5+ standard operating procedures for B2B partnerships, including vetting frameworks, onboarding processes, and benefit delivery protocols.

JOB TYPE

Full-time and Remote, with possibility of event travel.

Contract to hire: 60-day contract to explore mutual fit with opportunity to convert to FT role with benefits.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive on-target earnings, combining a base salary between $65k-$90k with up to 10% commissions on B2B sales. Full employee benefits included.
